In Rentflow you can download expected payments in the latest ISO bank payment initiation file format, which can then be uploaded to your bank and authorised.

This means you can pay 1000’s of payments in seconds (compared to days doing it manually).

Expected payments include all bills/costs in the Expenses tracker, and expected payments to property owners the Transfers tracker.

Three different versions of the file format are supported (in case your bank does not yet support the latest version).

Currently, this file standard is supported across the Eurozone/SEPA (and eg Hungary, Switzerland), and most other countries/currencies worldwide for international payments and step by step for domestic payments (support varies by bank/country).

Pay payments from multiple accounts, under one bank login, with one file (if your bank supports this).

After downloading the file, you can quickly (in bulk) mark all the payments in the system.

You can configure the Payment date (default = today).
